Hi! I'm Morgan, and I started You're An Animal to help others who (like myself) want to dive head first into living and feeling better. My boyfriend, Andrew, and I want to help you help yourself get back to health and happiness... naturally! With this website, we aim to bridge the gap between the most recent scientific evidence and everyday life, making it applicable and easy for everyone. Everything you'll find here will be an attempt to get closer to real, whole foods and a natural lifestyle that does our bodies good. In an effort to steer clear of highly processed items, many (but not all) of the recipes you'll see here are gluten-free/grain-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and white sugar-free. And yummy :) You'll also find workouts, information about the nutrients we need and the best ingredients to use (and why), plus many other recommendations to help you find the perfect lifestyle balance for you!
