Hi! I'm Morgan, and I started You're An Animal to help others who (like myself) want to dive head first into living and feeling better. My boyfriend, Andrew, and I want to help you help yourself get back to health and happiness... naturally! In an effort to steer clear of highly processed items, many (but not all) of the recipes you'll see here are gluten-free/grain-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and white sugar-free.
